Register to Attend the Alternative Break Citizenship schools

Join the Break Away staff and active citizen leaders from colleges and universities across the nation for a week that will enrich your alternative break programming, develop your leadership skills, and help shape the direction of the national Movement for years to come. The Alternative Break Citizenship schools (ABCs) are unlike anything else - small group workshops provide a strong foundation in best practices, while the immersive alternative break experience allows for the immediate application of these principles. All aspects of the experience are designed to provide a balance of theory and application, ensuring participants leave the conference with concrete skills to bring back to their program. Find out the details of the location and topics for this summer's ABCs here. And as always, feel free to call us or email us with any questions.

Register to Attend the Staff Development Track at the ABCs

Hosted at the Atlanta ABCs, the Staff Development Track will bring together staff who work with break programs from June 6 - 8. Attendees have the opportunity to attend the full ABCs and switch into the staff track for the last three days, or to just come for the final three days, depending on program needs. Find out more information and read the workshop descriptions here.
